Overview The Graphic Designer II is the senior hands-on creative responsible for elevating visual storytelling across all branding. This position will own higher-complexity design projects, provide creative direction to the team, and collaborate with web, marketing, and product teams to produce polished, consistent, brand-aligned assets. This position ensures that every deliverable— a landing page, tradeshow graphic, or hero image— feels intentional, on-message, premium, and built for performance.

Responsibilities

Lead design across multi-brand projects, including digital ads, landing pages, brochures, presentations, tradeshow assets, product imagery, packaging, and more.

Establish the visual direction for assigned initiatives and guidance to execute supporting assets.

Translate strategic briefs into visually compelling creative that aligns with each brand’s identity, tone, and positioning.

Maintain and evolve design standards and templates across the brand ecosystem.

Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to visualize technical content in a clear, accurate, customer-friendly way.

Brand Systems & Multi-Brand Consistency

Become a subject-matter expert in each brand’s guidelines and visual identity.

Ensure correct brand application across all projects—color, typography, layout systems, imagery, naming conventions, and messaging alignment.

Work with the Manager to support continuous refinement of brand styles and asset libraries.

Identify inconsistencies and propose updates or solutions across platforms and teams.

Maintain consistent file organization and standardized naming conventions across all shared drives to support cross-team collaboration.

Campaign & Digital Support

Create on-brand visuals for demand-gen campaigns, social media, email, ecommerce, and affiliate marketing.

Collaborate on the design of web assets optimized for performance, load time, and UX best practices.

Prepare files for developers and ensure seamless integration into digital platforms.

Ensure designs meet accessibility, responsiveness, and usability considerations.

All other duties assigned.

Required Skills and Attributes

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with working knowledge of Canva.

Ability to design quality digital and print assets.

Strong visual storytelling skills, able to translate strategy, messaging, and technical inputs into clear, effective design.

Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

Experience applying brand guidelines consistently across a range of assets and channels.

Exposure to multi-brand environments with distinct audiences and visual identities.

Ability to identify visual inconsistencies and suggest improvements.

Ability to prepare organized files for handoff to web or development teams.

Familiarity with image optimization and digital production standards.

Experience creating or working within templates and shared asset libraries.

Qualifications

1+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment.

Demonstrated experience owning higher-complexity design projects from concept through final delivery.

Strong portfolio showcasing brand-aligned work, visual systems thinking, and polished execution across multiple formats.

Experience working in a multi-brand, multi-product, or matrixed organization strongly preferred.

Experience collaborating closely with marketing, web, and product teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Physical Requirements

This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 25+ lbs, computer work and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
