to join our growing practice.
MUST live in Florida Lee County, Collier County and some portions of Charlotte County.
Financial industry experience and financial degree are NOT required—our top advisors come from all backgrounds. Strong applicants will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a history of personal success, and a demonstrated interest in business, finance, and entrepreneurism.
Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions for the planning needs of individuals and businesses in the areas of retirement planning, insurance and investment services, estate planning, business planning, education funding, and employee benefits.
Obtain state insurance licenses (215, SIE, Series 6 and Series 63).
Prospecting, networking and finding referrals to identify and pursue potential clients while maintaining a strong client base.
Maintain compliance with all rules and regulations in the financial industry.
Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings.
