Product Specialist
who shares our commitment to putting people first and delivering service that goes above and beyond.
As a Product Specialist, you’ll guide clients through the vehicle-buying experience, focusing on
product expertise, clear communication, and relationship-building
. Your goal is to help customers make confident, informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers professionally while assessing their needs and matching them with the right vehicle
Present and demonstrate Nissan vehicles, including features and technology
Conduct test drives and obtain proper identification from all prospects prior to the drive
Follow up on leads, create appointments and build lasting customer relationships
Deliver vehicles to customers and ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork
Stay current on new models, technology, and products
Contribute positively to a team-focused, professional environment
Qualifications
1+ year of customer-facing experience is preferred (sales, service, or hospitality)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, Motivated, adaptable and customer-focused
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
