This is a relationship-driven account management and growth role focused on expanding revenue within an existing portfolio of automotive dealership partners. You will own a book of business, drive same-store sales growth, reduce churn, and leverage strong in-dealership relationships to generate new dealership opportunities. You will inherit a mixed portfolio that includes high-performing accounts as well as dealerships with meaningful upside. This is not a cold-calling role. New business is generated through trusted relationships, referrals, and expansion within dealer groups. Success in this role is measured by driving consistent same-store sales growth across assigned dealership accounts while expanding the portfolio through relationship-based referrals and dealer group growth. Additional indicators of success include low churn, improved account stability, and overall net revenue growth of the book of business. Key Responsibilities

Own and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of dealership accounts Drive same-store sales growth through program adoption, optimization, and performance reviews Stabilize and retain accounts while improving performance at underutilized or underperforming locations Leverage existing dealer relationships to source warm introductions and new dealership clients Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and coordinate internal resources to support dealer success Maintain a strong presence and professional credibility within the dealer community Requirements

5+ years of experience within automotive dealerships (F&I, operations, or fixed ops preferred) 4+ years of account management, territory management, or consultative sales experience Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and generate new business through trusted relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable owning outcomes, operating independently, and managing a territory Willingness to travel regionally as needed Highly competitive base salary and Commission plan.
