Reports To: Senior Property Manager and/or Director of Property Management

OakPoint Services ("OPS") is a wholly owned subsidiary of OakPoint Real Estate and serves as the operating platform for property management, construction management, and asset services across OakPoint‑owned and third‑party assets.

The Opportunity The Property Manager is responsible for the full scope of day‑to‑day operations, tenant relations, vendor oversight, financial coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration for a portfolio of commercial assets in the Nashville market.

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations & Management

Oversee daily operations of multiple commercial properties

Supervise Building Engineers and junior team members

Coordinate preventative maintenance, inspections, and compliance

Manage work order systems and tenant service requests

Process invoices and support property accounting

Assist with monthly reporting, budgets, and CAM reconciliations

Lead vendor bidding and contract coordination

Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and clients

Maintain tenant records, COIs, and communications

Resolve issues with professionalism and urgency

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with asset management on capital planning

Coordinate with accounting, construction, and marketing teams

Platform Responsibilities

Support growth of OPS third‑party management business

Assist with recruiting and team development

Expand Yardi module usage and best practices

Qualifications

4+ years of hands‑on commercial property management experience

Strong working knowledge of Yardi Voyager

Excellent organizational, writing, communication, and relationship skills

Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment

Office Setting This is an in‑office role located in Nashville (Music Row neighborhood).
