Additional Job Information Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 – $24.95 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to about $62,460 per year. Starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
