Responsibilities
Support the sales team by managing day-to-day sales operations and generating proposal and bid documents, cost and pricing analyses, contract review, and facilitating the sales process. Collaborate with the global Sales Support Lead, other sales support staff, and account executives to enhance productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. Help the sales team meet and exceed sales forecasts and revenue targets using data analytics and actionable reporting. Perform proposal preparation in alignment with commercial guidelines and ensure timely submission to clients. Conduct cost and price calculations in coordination with Account Executives and Operations to achieve company gross margin targets. Ensure adherence to the appropriate approval process and the current Sales Strategy and Commercial Guideline. Perform risk assessments and coordinate with the tool planning team to mitigate risk for the company. Facilitate handover from Sales to Operations to ensure smooth information flow and ownership. Review the commercial impact on contracts and assist with client negotiations when required. Responsible for client portal registration and ongoing data input and maintenance by coordinating with different departments. Assist finance in the event of any potential disputes in payments from clients. Implement systems for business and sales controlling and carry out regular and ad-hoc reports. Attend events as required to support the Sales Team. Platform Super User responsibilities for SharePoint, CRM, Andromeda, ERP, Athena, and Pictor; review CRM/ Athena activity and advise sales representatives on corrective actions. Stay current on new features of CRM and Pictor to ensure effective system usage; coordinate agreed sales cadence of CRM activity and sales coaching. Ensure quote documentation contains accurate pricing and configurations in relevant systems; create new accounts and ensure naming consistency; generate Pictor entries when opportunities qualify for tool booking. Qualifications/Education
Bachelor's degree, a technical diploma or related education is required. Experience
Minimum two years' experience in a data-driven analytical role. Minimum one year experience developing, improving, and implementing new and revised processes. Must be proficient in spoken and written English; Spanish is a plus. Benefits
