We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to support a portfolio of standard and some High-Net-Worth clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, managing complex personal insurance programs, and building trusted client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Service and manage a book of standard & High-Net-Worth personal lines accounts Handle renewals, endorsements, and client inquiries with accuracy and care Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to ensure seamless coverage and client support Ideal Qualifications
Familiarity with carriers such as Chubb, Pure, BerkleyOne, Cincinnati Executive, Haggerty, etc. Active Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license required Prior experience using AMS360 strongly preferred Comprehensive benefits, 100% paid for by employer
