Responsibilities Hamilton Medical is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team for a 16-week contract (with the potential for extension). Reporting to the Marketing & Customer Success Manager, this role will be essential in supporting our marketing and sales teams. This is a great opportunity to gain insight into medical device marketing and contribute to work that makes a real-world impact.

Coordinate trade show logistics, including materials preparation, shipping, and tracking

Support the planning and execution of events and meetings

Manage the inventory and distribution of branded materials

Assist with new hire onboarding including coordinating new hire materials and supporting onboarding training logistics

Other duties as assigned

Contract Length:

16 weeks (with potential for renewal)

Qualifications

Experience in marketing content design

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with website content management systems (Wix, Wordpress) to update digital content, forms, and landing pages.

Familiarity with CRM/Content Marketing Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, D365 Customer Insights)

Experience with Oktopost is a plus

Interest or experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.

Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds

Education/Experience

High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Minimum of 6 month in a marketing role.
