Calling all growth + lifecycle marketers!
We’re looking for a Campaign Manager, ready to run lifecycle email/sms campaigns and drive engagement between university students and household brands (including L'Oréal, The Grammy's, and OpenAI)!

We do this by partnering with colleges and companies to supercharge the undergraduate degree by providing students with the experience, career exposure, and skills to launch a great career. Podium serves a population of over 2,000,000 students across 100 of the largest and most well-known universities in the country, including Georgetown, UNC, Harvard, ASU, and Texas A&M.
Podium Education programs are offered as online courses within standard university semesters. Through Podium, students gain real-world experience while tackling projects from the world's most recognized brands, such as L'Oreal, Netflix, Shopify, Uber, Google, and Airbnb. Student Experience - Customer NPS is better than Netflix, Apple, and Amazon.
Student Access - Programs are for credit, count towards graduation, and are financial aid eligible. One-third of our students are first-generation to attend college.
Student Outcomes - Two-thirds of students say Podium helped them achieve tangible career outcomes within six months (eg, “I got my first internship”). Over 90% report feeling more confidence and clarity in their career journey.

Responsibilities
Architect and execute full-funnel email campaigns using tools like Iterable, driving student engagement and conversion to The Global Career Accelerator program
Leverage data insights and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and track data through Salesforce and Tableau
Manage multiple growth initiatives with creativity and urgency, we work on college term cycles so we have small windows to make BIG impact
Target 18–26 year-old highly dynamic university populations (think, mobile first)
Collaborate across teams to align content, messaging, and university strategy
Measure, report, and drive continuous ROI improvements
Qualifications
2+ years in marketing (agency or experience with multiple product lines) ideally with exposure to full lifecycle digital marketing
1+ years of hands-on email lifecycle marketing (Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar)
Bonus: Paid acquisition/PPC or cross-functional team experience
Knows how to blend analytics and creative to optimize campaigns
Proven project management under tight timelines is a must

This role is remote-flexible. We are located on South Congress Ave (next door to Allen’s Boots!) and would love to have you in the office occasionally, but no relocation necessary.
