Job Overview The Revenue Growth Lead II is responsible for supporting the Price Strategy team, and the broader organization, with the strategic development of the revenue and profit Annual Business Plan and Price Strategy that will support short-term and long-term growth for CCCI and its Customers. This role will build industry-leading competencies, approaches, and processes by identifying and activating high-potential opportunities based on trends, post-event data, syndicated data, and commercial initiatives, all while collaborating with Commercial, RGM, and Customer Sales teams to deliver results.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan and Price Letters
Build and present strategic initiatives to key stakeholders
Model various pricing scenarios that will drive Revenue and Profit for both CCCI and its Customers
Dive deep and provide actionable analysis and recommendations into various Price Strategy Pillars such as, but not limited to, elasticity impacts, competitive pricing, and assortment & distribution opportunities
Ownership over the execution of Annual and Monthly Price Letters
Utilize existing Tableau or Power BI reports and/or have the ability to build ad-hoc analyses using various internal and external (Nielsen) data sources to track against key initiatives, interpret results, and provide recommendations on closing any gaps in performance
Collaborate with cross-functional business partners, assisting in various projects, and representing the Price Strategy team where needed
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Strong Project Management and communication skills
Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
High understanding of Pricing and RGM principles
Organized, proactive, and capable of seamlessly switching between strategic insight and tactical detail
Strong business acumen and understanding of the beverage business
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance
Experience within CPG Industry
