UNiDAYS
Salary: $100,000-$140,000
Job Description An exceptional opportunity for a strategic, commercially driven sales leader to accelerate UNiDAYS’ growth in the US. As a Business Development Director, you’ll lead high-value partner acquisition, working directly with the biggest global brands and fastest-growing disruptors to unlock Gen Z engagement through our verification-led marketplace.
You’ll take the full UNiDAYS suite; verification, performance, media, and insights – to market, pitching tailored solutions to senior stakeholders across eCommerce, brand, and media teams. Your goal – to land meaningful, scalable partnerships that grow revenue, unlock long-term value, and cement UNiDAYS’ position as the #1 Gen Z platform globally.
A high-profile, individual contributor role reporting to the Global Head of New Business, with the autonomy to shape how UNiDAYS enters and expands across key US verticals.
Job Requirements Proven commercial acumen: 4–7+ years experience in business development, strategic sales, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS, affiliate, or mar-tech environments. Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: Fluent in eCommerce, ad tech, affiliate models, and youth marketing – with the ability to sell across performance, awareness, and insights levers. Exceptional communicator and storyteller: Able to build credibility with senior stakeholders (VP/C-level) and influence through data, insight, and strategic framing. Strategic mindset with operational discipline: Strong grasp of deal economics, partner ROI, and pipeline forecasting – with a test-and-learn approach to building scalable, repeatable sales motions. Collaborative and cross-functional: A natural relationship-builder who works well with marketing, product, insights, and legal teams to get deals over the line. Adaptable and energised by growth: Thrives in a high-change, high-growth environment with bold targets and new product innovation.
Job Responsibilities Acquire high-value, strategic partners: Own and grow a pipeline of Tier 1 and high-potential challenger brands across key categories (e.g. food, travel tech, lifestyle, experiences). Lead end-to-end sales cycles: From identification to negotiation and closing, lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals that demonstrate the full value of the UNiDAYS platform. Tell the identity-first story: Articulate the value of verified access to the Gen Z audience – showcasing identity as the gateway to smarter performance, media, and data partnerships. Work cross-functionally to win: Collaborate with category leads, product, insights, and legal to build best-in-class pitches, proposals, and commercial terms. Influence roadmap and strategy: Feed structured partner insights into product and commercial planning – helping shape future monetisation, packaging, and go-to-market efforts. Represent UNiDAYS in the market: Attend and speak at relevant events, trade shows, and partner forums, becoming a credible and trusted voice for Gen Z engagement in the US. Drive visibility and accountability: Report pipeline, conversion, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership, using Salesforce and internal dashboards to track activity and optimise deal velocity.
Job Benefits A strategic, high-impact role at the forefront of UNiDAYS’ US growth plan – shaping how leading brands engage Gen Z through verified identity. Direct access to Tier 1 brands and fast-growing disruptors, working with senior stakeholders across performance, brand, and eCommerce. A cutting-edge product suite including verification, performance marketing, media activations, and Gen Z insights – backed by the world’s most comprehensive youth dataset. A mission-driven company focused on unlocking opportunity and access for young people globally. A collaborative, high-performance culture where your impact is visible and your voice shapes the roadmap. Clear progression opportunities, including the chance to move into leadership roles or strategic initiatives as the US market continues to scale. Base salary + competitive commission plan, with uncapped earning potential tied to acquisition and long-term partner success.
