
# Digital Marketing SpecialistEducation Level4 Year Degree## Description**Position Summary**The Digital Marketing Specialist is a creative, detail-oriented self-starter responsible for developing and executing high-quality digital content across multiple platforms. This role blends design, strategy, and trend awareness to support brand growth, campaigns, events, and ongoing marketing initiatives.**Key Responsibilities**Digital Content Creation & Design• Master and actively use digital and design platforms including HubSpot, LinkedIn, Figma, WordPress, Canva. • Design and execute creative assets with accuracy, efficiency, and strong brand alignment• Develop branded content for multiple digital and social media platforms, ensuring relevance, consistency, and visual excellence• Apply current design trends, platform best practices, and audience insights to maximize engagement and performance* Manage deadlines, maintain calendar and cadence for executing content, campaigns and events.**Campaigns & Marketing Execution**• Support and execute a wide range of content including routine social media posts, strategic and creative campaigns, advertising, paid sponsorships, email marketing campaigns, and digital and print materials• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to support integrated campaign goals**Trend Monitoring & Optimization**• Stay current on digital marketing, social media, and industry trends• Proactively recommend ideas and enhancements to improve reach, engagement, and ROI• Ensure content reflects evolving platform algorithms and audience behaviors**Event Marketing Support**• Support event marketing needs assigned, including but not limited to invitations, RSVP management, email communications and reminders, shipping and logistics coordination, and event-related assets**Collaboration & Growth Mindset**• Operate as a self-starter with strong critical thinking and multitasking skills• Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and initiative in contributing to the growth and mission of the organization• Collaborate cross-functionally and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment## Qualifications**Qualifications & Skills**• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and design• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and brand consistency• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously• Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset• Comfortable working independently while contributing to team successRadiology or Healthcare experience preferredHubSpot, WordPress and Figma preferred but not required.
