We are looking for a
hands-on Video Producer / Motion Graphics Specialist
to support studio-based production of
educational and training content . This role requires someone who is comfortable
working in a video studio environment , operating production equipment, guiding on-camera talent, and delivering
high-quality edited and animated video assets
under tight timelines. This is an
onsite, part-time role
ideal for professionals with strong studio, editing, and motion design experience who are local to the Las Vegas area. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate
studio equipment
including cameras, lighting, audio, and teleprompters Edit and assemble video content including screen recordings, studio footage, graphics, animations, sound effects, and voiceovers Create motion graphics, animations, and visual elements using
After Effects or similar tools Produce polished learning and training videos aligned to project goals and style guidelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop storyboards and refine visual concepts Perform same-day or fast-turnaround edits when required Ensure adherence to video quality standards, templates, and brand guidelines Support the Video Studio Lead and Media Design team in delivering final, publish-ready assets Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or certification in
Film, Video Production, Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field 3+ years of experience
as a Videographer, Video Editor, Producer, or Motion Designer Strong experience with
Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects Hands-on experience with
studio video production equipment
(cameras, lights, microphones) Experience editing
educational, training, or instructional videos Solid understanding of
video storytelling, pacing, and animation techniques Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong technical knowledge of video formats, frame rates, color correction, and audio syncing Preferred Skills:
Experience with
Camtasia Proficiency in
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Audition Knowledge of color grading and chroma keying Voiceover recording and editing experience Corporate, L&D, or EdTech video production background Tools & Technologies:
