Overview
The Role
We’re professionalizing and scaling our content operation, and this role will own video creation end-to-end.
Department:
Marketing
Location:
US (Atlanta)
Role Details Role Type: Full Time
Position:
Videographer / Content Creator
Location:
Midtown Atlanta
Experience:
0 - 5 years
Working Schedule:
8am - 4pm EST (New York Time); Available for morning shoots 2-3X/week
Vacation:
20 days + public holidays
Healthcare:
Yes
Core Responsibilities
Shoot Planning, Setup, & Execution.
You’ll own shoot planning and execution end-to-end, ensuring every shoot runs smoothly and makes efficient use of time. You’ll prepare in advance by creating shot lists, outlines, and light pre-scripts, then handle on-site setup for lighting, camera, and audio. During filming, you’ll direct talent and manage the flow of the shoot to keep things moving. Afterward, you’ll upload footage, provide clear direction to editors and other creatives, review edits, and publish.
Creative Direction.
You’ll define how our content looks and feels by creating and evolving video formats and visual identities. This includes testing content in the market, analyzing performance, and iterating based on what works. You’ll identify winning formats, help scale them across channels, and regularly share performance metrics, insights, and recommendations with the leadership team.
Energy (“Vibes”).
You’ll bring energy and momentum to our content operation. Content creation is a grind and results take time, so you’ll keep shoots moving and calendars full by wrangling schedules, coordinating talent, and pushing projects forward. When things get busy, you’ll provide clarity, positivity, and follow-through to ensure work continues to ship consistently.
Skills, Knowledge and Traits
Videography.
You know how to set up a professional shot—lighting, framing, and sound. You’re comfortable editing video (ideally Premiere Pro and After Effects).
Style and Taste.
You have strong aesthetic instincts and high standards. You know what “good” looks like—but you’re pragmatic enough to ship consistently and improve over time.
Hooks.
You think in hooks. You know how to design thumbnails and opening seconds that earn attention from a business audience, and you begin every project by defining the hook before the rest of the content.
Smart and High Agency.
You learn fast, enjoy technology and design, and constantly look for ways to take things to the next level. You don’t wait to be told what to do—you figure it out.
What You'll Get
Growth Path.
We invest heavily in developing our people and promote almost exclusively from within. Success in this role can lead to building and leading a content team.
In-demand skills.
You’ll work alongside one of the most experienced experimentation teams in the world and learn how data, psychology, and creative intersect.
Time to recharge.
20 days of paid vacation plus holidays.
If you’re excited about creating high-quality content, working with smart people, and building something that scales, we’d love to hear from you.
