We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Marketing Data Analyst
to support data-driven decision-making across the marketing organization. In this role, you will analyze marketing performance, build dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable insights that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize channels, and uncover growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Analyze marketing performance across digital channels using
SQL, Google Analytics, and Tableau Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, funnel performance, and ROI Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources Analyze website and campaign performance using
Google Analytics
(GA4 preferred) Design and deliver compelling visualizations and dashboards in
Tableau
for stakeholders Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend optimizations Conduct A/B test analysis and provide insights on experiment results Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation across reporting systems Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics or data analyst role Strong proficiency in
SQL
(joins, CTEs, aggregations, subqueries) Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics
(GA4) Advanced experience building dashboards and visualizations in
Tableau Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce) Familiarity with attribution models and marketing funnels Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies Knowledge of Python or R for analysis is a plus Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or performance marketing environments
