WordPress Web Designer/Developer
who can design, build, and optimize WordPress websites with a strong focus on UX, performance, and SEO best practices. This is an on‑site position in our Boca Raton, Florida office.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience designing and developing
WordPress websites
Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins
Experience with
page builders
(Elementor and/or Divi preferred)
Solid understanding of
HTML, CSS , and basic PHP
Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and UX
Experience building SEO‑friendly site structures
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Agency experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Design and develop
WordPress websites
from concept to launch
Customize themes and layouts (Elementor, Divi, or similar builders)
Optimize websites for
speed, SEO, and conversions
Build and maintain landing pages for paid ads and SEO campaigns
Troubleshoot site issues, bugs, and performance problems
Manage plugins, updates, backups, and security best practices
Collaborate with SEO, paid ads, content, and account management teams
Bonus Points
Experience with
WooCommerce
Experience optimizing
Core Web Vitals
Knowledge of ACF, custom post types, and custom templates
Familiarity with hosting environments (WP Engine, cPanel, GoDaddy, etc.)
Knowledge and experience in DNS Management
Experience with accessibility best practices (ADA / WCAG)
