Role Description We are seeking full-time, Sales Representatives to join our team in Greater Omaha, NE area and throughout Iowa (Council Bluffs, Ames, Des Moines, Red Oak, Denison). This role involves building relationships with clients, offering customized life insurance and financial products, and assisting clients in planning for their future financial needs. Daily responsibilities include networking, identifying potential clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting product solutions, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining knowledge of WoodmenLife's products and services are key to success in this role.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Sales aptitude, with experience in customer service, generating leads, and meeting sales goals
Basic understanding of financial products and the ability to learn company offerings
Organizational skills and time management ability to manage client interactions effectively
Motivation to work independently while meeting team objectives
Proficiency with digital tools and software for managing customer data and communication
Experience in life insurance or financial services is a plus, though not mandatory
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or a related field preferred
