Xanitos is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our sales team. Ideally based out of Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Philadelphia or Nashville
The Business Development Representative (BDR) supports Xanitos’ revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, with a primary focus on hospitals and healthcare systems. This role is responsible for outbound and inbound lead generation, prospecting, demand generation, and managing key accounts through the early stages of the sales funnel, from identification through scheduling initial meetings. The BDR works closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to build a strong pipeline and represent Xanitos’ services and brand to prospective clients.

Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Employees in Healthcare are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a term and condition of employment at Xanitos, absent a legally required Medical or Religious exception, and are required to report their vaccination status and upload proof of vaccination via a secure online portal.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline required; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years in a consultative sales environment within the healthcare industry/. C-suite experience is required. Experience in an outsourced, managed services environment preferred.

Responsibilities:
Develop a strong understanding of Xanitos’ service lines, offerings, and sales process
Partner with Sales Leadership and Marketing to identify and pursue external growth opportunities
Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting methods including phone, email, social media, and networking
Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads based on established criteria
Conduct initial outreach and discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and challenges
Perform outbound demand generation through sequenced outreach with the goal of creating opportunities and securing initial customer meetings
Manage and update key accounts and prospects in the Xanitos’ CRM system
Schedule qualified meetings and participate in initial meetings alongside Sales Leaders to identify opportunities and propose mutually beneficial solutions
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity, pipeline, and meeting set goals
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all prospect interactions and activity
Provide feedback to leadership regarding market trends, prospect feedback, and common objections
Perform other duties as assigned
Role may require flexibility in schedule to support prospect engagement

The expected salary range for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if applicable to the position).
