We are seeking a

Field Marketing Manager, Programs

to support the Americas Field Marketing organization by designing, executing, and scaling high-impact marketing programs. This role focuses on building repeatable, efficient program frameworks that enable regional teams to execute consistently while driving lead and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, metrics-driven, comfortable working independently, and experienced partnering cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Centralize and streamline execution of

field marketing programs

run across regions and cross-functional teams

Develop and roll out

scalable program kits , including guidance, templates, and execution deliverables

Own and execute

foundational field marketing programs

supporting Americas lead and pipeline generation

Partner cross-functionally to run effective meetings, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability on deliverables

Build and manage

program enablement assets

to support consistent execution at scale

Gather feedback on programs and provide

actionable input

to stakeholders for continuous improvement

Independently manage programs end-to-end, ensuring strong ownership and follow-through

Track program performance and apply a

metrics-driven approach

to optimization and reporting

Required Skills

5+ years

of experience managing events, with

3+ years

focused on field marketing events

Experience running

field marketing programs beyond in-person events , including webinars, sponsorships, email campaigns, and direct mail

Proven ability to

build new programs , documentation, and enablement for cross-functional teams

Strong experience collaborating with

cross-functional stakeholders

Ability to work

independently

and manage multiple programs simultaneously

Strong ownership mindset with excellent follow-through

Data-driven approach to program measurement and optimization

Preferred Skills

Experience with

Tableau, Salesforce (SFDC), Asana, and Swoogo

Background in

B2B technology or high-growth startup environments

Experience supporting

regional or global field marketing teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
