you’ll help build and launch the innovation pipeline within the sugar confection space, blending consumer insights, creativity, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-profile product launches. Location:
Hybrid – Parsippany, NJ (3 days onsite) need to be local to the office Start:

Lead innovation development and commercialization for upcoming product launches Leverage syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen) to spot trends, identify white space, and unlock growth opportunities Apply category expertise in treat and impulse spaces to shape strategy Build brand activation plans, shopper strategies, and compelling sell-in stories Collaborate cross-functionally with PMO, Sales, Category, Trade, Creative, Supply Chain, and Finance Own project management, vendor setup, asset delivery, and launch readiness Partner with internal teams and agencies on creative development and communications What You Bring
5-8 years of food or beverage brand marketing experience Hands-on familiarity with syndicated data tools (IRI, Nielsen) Strong innovation commercialization and project management skills Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strategic mindset with sharp analytical and storytelling abilities Nice to Have
