Sales Manager – Orangetheory Fitness

What You’ll Do
Drive lead outreach, conversion, and membership sales
Greet and connect with members and prospects
Give studio tours and follow up with leads
Support marketing and community outreach events
Help achieve monthly sales and KPI goals
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of sales experience (fitness preferred)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask and work independently
Compensation & Perks
$20/hour + commissions + quarterly bonuses
