Key Account Managers

to own and grow relationships with large, progressive dairies and regional distribution partners. The Role

You’ll act as a trusted, consultative partner to producers — helping them achieve measurable genetic and financial gains through a genuinely different breeding program. Responsibilities

Developing and growing key dairy accounts Building long-term, value-led relationships with producers Delivering data-driven herd and business insights Providing technical guidance on genetics, reproduction & herd strategy Representing the brand at industry events and trade shows Feeding market insight back into the wider commercial strategy You understand dairy — not just on paper, but in practice. Qualifications

You may come from: Dairy farming or a strong animal/dairy science background Genetics, reproduction, or herd management solutions You’re confident, credible, organised, and comfortable working remotely — while staying closely connected to a collaborative, fast-growing team. Spanish language skills are a bonus, not a requirement. Benefits
