
As a Senior Social Media Strategist, you’ll act as the day-to-day client contact and social lead for assigned accounts. You’ll oversee all social media activities—including organic and paid social, influencer partnerships, and community management—serving as the primary agency voice on all things social. You’ll mentor junior team members, ensure best-in-class execution, and collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Creative, Media, Accounts, and PR to drive client success.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients on social strategy, planning, and execution
Develop integrated social media strategies across organic, paid, and influencer channels
Lead content ideation, editorial calendar planning, and campaign execution
Oversee paid social campaigns from planning to reporting, optimizing for KPI’s
Guide community management and social listening efforts, ensuring brand voice consistency
Analyze and report on social performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Manage and mentor junior team members (Managers, Coordinators) as needed
Stay on top of trends, tools, and best practices in the social/digital space
Qualifications
3-5 years of social media experience in an agency or brand setting
Proven ability to lead social strategy and client communications
Experience with paid social execution (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and community building
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset; experience with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Sprinklr, Meltwater)
