Construction Estimator

Top contractor in McKinney, TX is seeking an Estimator with strong experience with multi‐family projects. Candidates must have 2+ years of estimating experience and be fully capable of reading and interpreting blueprints (will consider a strong Project Engineer). Experience with Procore and/or Bluebeam is a plus. Responsibilities - Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for multi‐family projects - Review plans, specifications, blueprints, and subcontractor bids - Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support budgeting and proposals Qualifications - 2+ years of construction estimating experience - Multi‐family project background required - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Procore or Bluebeam experience preferred - Strong analytical and communication skills
