Senior Producer – Experiential Marketing Location:
Los Angeles: Hybrid 2- 3 office days a week and on-site for events, includes travel.

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Producer with deep experience in experiential marketing, live events, and large scale brand activations. This role is responsible for owning complex projects from concept through execution, coordinating internal creative and fabrication teams while managing external vendors, venues, and permitting authorities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, unflappable under pressure, fluent in live-event logistics, and comfortable operating inside a fast-paced, in-house fabrication environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end production of experiential activations, live events, pop-ups, tours, and brand installations Own project timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables from kickoff through strike Serve as the primary production point of contact for clients, venues, municipalities, and vendors
Live Events & Touring Manage multi-city tours, including routing, schedules, load-ins, load-outs, and trucking logistics Coordinate venue contracts, insurance requirements, COIs, and technical specs Oversee on-site production, show days, and install/strike teams Lead permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions (city, county, state, private property) Coordinate fire, structural, electrical, health, and public safety approvals Ensure compliance with ADA, safety, and venue-specific regulations
Fabrication & Print Production Partner closely within-house fabrication teams (wood, metal, scenic, CNC, finishing) Manage large-format print production (vinyl, rigid substrates, wraps, step-and-repeats, wayfinding) Oversee QC, color accuracy, materials, install methods, and durability for live environments
Creative & Technical Management Manage and coordinate set decorators, scenic designers, graphic designers, video animators, and creative technologists Translate creative intent into buildable, budget-aware production plans Manage external AV, LED, projection, interactive, and technology vendors Source, bid, negotiate, and manage fabricators, rental houses, AV vendors, and logistics partners Track production budgets, change orders, and cost reconciliations Maintain strong vendor relationships while protecting margin and quality
Required Experience & Qualifications 7–10+ years producing experiential marketing, live events, or large-scale brand activations Live events and large public activations Permitting and city approvals Venue contracts and tour scheduling In-house or partner fabrication Strong understanding of production workflows, timelines, and physical builds Experience managing creative teams and technical vendors Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills Comfortable working nights/weekends during installs and live events Proficient in production tools (Google Workspace, Excel, project management software)
Nice to Have Experience with touring activations or container based builds Familiarity with union labor environments Knowledge of interactive tech, LED, projection mapping, or AR/VR Experience producing within theme parks, festivals, or high-security venues
