Colleen Rothschild Beauty
The Social Media Specialist at Colleen Rothschild Beauty owns the day-to-day execution of the brand’s social media presence, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand discipline across all platforms. This role translates brand strategy into daily content creation, publishing, and community engagement, with deep fluency in Instagram and TikTok. This role reports to the Brand Marketing & Strategy Manager and works closely with Creative, Influencer, and Paid Media partners.
Social Media Execution
Execute social content based on established brand strategy, campaign direction, and messaging frameworks Own the creation and execution of founder-led content, including messaging translation, filming support, and platform-native publishing Create in-house content, including iPhone photography, short-form video, BTS, product rituals, and educational content Write captions that reflect brand voice, tone, and storytelling direction Schedule and publish content across approved platforms Maintain a clear, organized, and forward-looking content calendar Platform Ownership & Publishing
You will manage platform-specific execution and publishing across: Short-Form & Social Content Instagram Reels Instagram Stories Instagram Feed Posts TikTok YouTube Shorts Facebook Posts Community & Authority Platforms Facebook Group Instagram LinkedIn Community Management
Actively manage comments and DMs on a daily basis Engage thoughtfully with customers, followers, and creators Escalate issues, trends, or meaningful feedback appropriately Identify brand advocates and organic UGC opportunities Creator & UGC Coordination
Source, brief, and manage creators for organic and paid UGC Coordinate with UGC agencies and independent creators Track deliverables, usage rights, approvals, and timelines Organize, tag, and archive content assets for reuse across teams Collaborate with Paid Media on UGC needs, formats, and testing priorities Content Audit, Organization & Repurposing
Review and catalog existing content Identify evergreen assets suitable for reuse or repurposing Build and maintain an organized, searchable content library Create systems that reduce unnecessary content recreation Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Track, report, and optimize against defined KPIs across platforms Identify top-performing content by format, theme, and objective Distinguish content that drives awareness versus conversion Deliver clear monthly insights and recommendations Maintain SOPs and documentation to support continuity and scalability Ideal Candidate Profile
2–4 years of hands-on social media execution experience Strong working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok (creation, publishing, trends, and platform mechanics) Experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands preferred Comfortable shooting and editing short-form content Work fluently with tools and platforms for planning, creation, organization, and publishing (e.g., project management, creative planning, and social scheduling tools) Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Thrives with clear direction and cross-functional collaboration Values brand discipline and consistency over trend-chasing Brings a positive, collaborative attitude and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
