M102247**Job Description Summary**This role is designed to drive growth through proactive lead generation while supporting key operational objectives for the Medicare Advantage (MA) product. Core responsibilities include enrolling a minimum of eight new patients per month into CareMore’s employed and contracted PCP panels in California, in alignment with enterprise growth goals.

The position will also focus on developing new broker relationships and establishing community partnerships, with a strong field presence of four or more days per week to expand CareMore’s brand and market visibility.**How will you make an impact & Requirements**CareMore currently maintains relationships with more than 700 brokers across California who support patient growth for 13 CareMore Clinic PCP panels. With only one Community Relations representative covering Southern California, we are unable to consistently engage and fully capitalize on the breadth of opportunities available across the three Southern California counties. This additional role will provide the capacity needed to strengthen broker engagement, expand community outreach, and drive sustained patient growth.**Requirements:*** Requires a BA/BS in communications or a related field* 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.* Health care field experience preferred.**Compensation:**$74,084.00to$111,125.00At CareMore Health, we provide effective Advanced Primary Care and Palliative Care by seeing the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
