We're hiring an A-player
Video Editor
to own our video production pipeline end-to-end. This is a high-responsibility, high-autonomy role reporting and working directly with the founders.

You’ll own the creative editing process end-to-end: transforming raw ideas and footage into high-performance ads that drive measurable results. This is a
high-autonomy, high-impact
role working directly with the founders. You’ll be expected to think like a strategist, execute like a pro, and grow into a leadership position as the team scales.

Responsibilities
Edit short-form content for
Meta
based on proven high-performing styles
Create ads that earn spend, scale profitably, and become benchmarks for future creatives
Match pacing, captions, transitions, and music to brand storytelling tone
Repurpose long-form or talking content into scroll-stopping short videos
Add motion graphics, captions, and sound design that increase CTR and watch time
Maintain clean project structure and deliverables within
ClickUp
and your editing suite
Rapidly implement feedback and deliver multiple tested variations per week
Experiment with new formats and AI tools to push the creative frontier
Collaborate with founders to test new hooks, messaging angles, and concepts
Future Growth Path
Lead creative testing by identifying which ad styles perform best
Co‑create ad scripts and storyboards with founders and strategists
Manage junior editors or freelancers as we expand
Progress into a
Creative Strategist and or Team Lead , owning ad concept strategy and creative systems

Asset Library Health (templates, organized footage, reusable components)
What We Are Looking For
Proven track record editing high-performing Meta/TikTok ads with measurable results (share your portfolio).
Elite technical skills: motion graphics, sound design, color grading, pacing, typography, transitions.
Deep understanding of direct-response video: retention hooks, pattern interrupts, CTA sequencing, social proof integration.
Confident in interpreting creative strategy and executing with minimal direction; you elevate concepts, not just execute them.
Fast, organized, and detail-obsessed. You love efficiency, version control, and pixel-perfect work.
Bonus: supplements/beauty/e-commerce experience; comfort collaborating on landing page video and offer creative.
