Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Ashland, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Sales Agent will assist home buyers, sellers, and investors by managing transactions throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, identifying client needs, showing properties, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The agent will also stay informed about local real estate market trends while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. Qualifications
Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and Real Estate, including knowledge of the sales process and strategies. Possession of a valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one, as required by law. Strong Customer Service skills to deliver an exceptional client experience. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to facilitate positive client and stakeholder interactions. Self-motivation, the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, and adapt to the evolving demands of the market. Familiarity with Ashland, OH, and surrounding areas is advantageous.
