AHP, Associated Health Professionals, Inc., JCAHO Certified, has an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant for a 48 year old Healthcare Staffing Agency. Located in Culver City, CA. In-House Role, Not Remote. Responsibilities
Perform all day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger. Oversee the payroll and invoicing staff who produce a weekly payroll for medical employees and weekly & monthly invoices to Hospital clients. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. Supports accounting and works closely with Owner Requirements
Experience with Accounting in QuickBooks Pro Knowledge of Microsoft Access Familiarity with Avionte; payroll and invoicing a plus. In-office position in Culver City, CA. Salary negotiable, paid benefits Equal Opportunity Employer
