Lead from the floor by welcoming customers with genuine hospitality and building lasting relationships.
Maintain a shoppable space with clean testers, current signage, and brand‑aligned displays.
Coach the team to finish strong by sharing loyalty benefits, ensuring customers leave satisfied, and closing each interaction with a sincere thank‑you.
Model collaboration and care so the team can better serve customers and the community.
Continuously improve performance, meet sales goals, and learn from peers to achieve store results.
Who You Are and What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and expert product knowledge.
Build lasting client relationships and drive client development through outreach and follow‑up.
Review and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to grow the business.
Plan and execute in‑store and vendor‑led events to drive traffic and engagement.
Maintain brand standards through proper merchandising, hygiene, and stock replenishment.
Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
Collaborate with vendors, stylists, and store leadership to optimize outcomes.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional, customer‑first manner.
Stay informed on new launches, best‑sellers, and beauty trends to support team education.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Show flexibility, sound judgment, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Have 3–5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience.
Be available for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance.
Communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
Essential Physical Requirements
Talk, lift, move, stand, and reach, including limbs and hands.
Stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 lbs.
Perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
Have clear vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Use computers and technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, to process transactions.
