Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share for KSB SupremeServ products and services Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers and proactively pursue new business opportunities Present and promote differentiated solutions to end users in mining, power, and industrial markets Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing, and manage the sales process from prospect to close Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and occasional field service as needed Manage sales forecasts and contribute to regional growth plans Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office to track sales activities and maintain up-to-date customer records Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project delivery and customer satisfaction Support the development and implementation of service agreements Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of pumps, rotating equipment, and pump systems Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies in all activities Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, or industrial engineering, technical discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales or service within industrial equipment, ideally with rotating equipment, pumps, or gear reducers Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively Strong organizational, problem-solving, and self-management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms Experience in mining, power, water, or industrial markets preferred Spanish language proficiency a plus Travel:
