Responsibilities

Partner with fundraisers, data analysts, and tech teams to design and implement enhancements that support fundraising and donor engagement

Recommend best practices for streamlining workflows and strengthening system performance

Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions

Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide fundraisers with clear, actionable insights

Troubleshoot data and system issues, partnering with technical teams for resolution

Support Gift Services processes by ensuring accurate and timely gift entry and donor support

Provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new Salesforce features and related platforms

Provide training and onboarding support for new hires to ensure effective adoption of CRM processes

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree, or combination of education/training with relevant experience

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, including gathering requirements, supporting users, and improving system processes

Skilled at gathering, analyzing, and organizing information from stakeholders to define clear requirements

General understanding and curiosity of how systems and processes work

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), particularly in reporting and dashboard creation

Organized, detailed, and customer focused

A collaborative communicator who thrives in a team environment

Proactive in identifying issues and opportunities for improvement, with a solutions-focused mindset

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values
