Experience: 8+ years of SAP PM /EAM experience
Skills:
- Master Data Migration activity in SAP PM /EAM
- Process knowledge in PM /EAM
- Basic S/4 HANA changes in PM/EAM
- Good Knowledge of Rollout Methodologies
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
- Document Functional Designs, Test cases and results
- End User Trainings
- Provide ongoing support for SAP integrations, addressing issues, analyzing logs, and providing timely resolution of any integration-related problems
- Configure key SAP PM components: preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, refurbishment, and calibration
- Utilize SAP Fiori apps and/or SAP S/4HANA capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency
- Design and implement KPIs and dashboards for maintenance performance monitoring
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor for asset management solutions
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior consultants and business users
- Perform root cause analysis of system errors and implement corrective measures to prevent future disruptions
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budget
