About the Director, Family Birth Center (RN) Position:

We are seeking an inspirational and transformational leader who will provide the strategic and visionary direction of the department, serve as a mentor to the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, build and maintain positive physician relationships, manage the department budget, and ensure the highest level of quality and patient safety is consistently provided to the community.

Qualifications & Requirements for Director, Family Birth Center (RN)

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (BSN) / Master's preferred
• RN Active License
• Five (5)+ years of general Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
• Three (3)+ years of Labor and Delivery leadership experience highly desired (Manager level or above)
• Must have direct experience leading a team
• Energetic and inspirational leadership style
• Proven track record of success in managing and mentoring a team and developing positive and collaborative physician relationships
