Senior Business Analyst (LATAM - Remote)
About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-growing digital agency, working on a key project in the Fintech space . This role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop software solutions for a client focused on loans and credit for farmers across America . The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience gathering requirements, and a deep understanding of modern software development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Write user stories and support the software development lifecycle.
- Interface directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Work closely with a remote, distributed team across multiple time zones (EST, Europe, LATAM).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in Fintech , particularly in lending or credit services.
- Background working with digital agencies or consultancies.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with modern software development stacks/systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
