Overview

With over$227M in sales and 135 homes closed in 2024 , we’re seeking a full-time Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive growth.

This role is a blend of creative content production , digital marketing , and brand strategy , ideal for someone who’s equal parts creative and analytical.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

  • Manage and optimize online advertising and marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Oversee the team’s digital presence across web, social, and paid platforms to ensure consistency and performance.
  • Support SEO and content strategy efforts to strengthen our online visibility and brand authority.
  • Develop, publish, and analyze performance-driven content that aligns with our marketing goals.
  • Stay current on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to help us stay ahead of the curve.

Creative & Content

  • Design polished marketing materials including postcards, listing presentations, and digital graphics, that reflect our premium brand.
  • Maintain and update website and property content.
  • Edit and repurpose short-form video content for social media, ads, and listings.
  • Build and manage branded templates in Canva to maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Produce a monthly team newsletter and assist in content creation for seasonal campaigns and events.
  • Capture content at team events, open houses, and client moments that showcase our people and culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in real estate, creative services, or a design-forward industry.
  • Strong visual design and branding skills (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, and content strategy.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A creative thinker who understands both aesthetics and results.
