Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and improvement plans.
• Implement company curriculum, coaching, and standards communication.
• Ensure compliance with company and state licensing standards and build community partnerships.
• Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• State education and center/school requirements met.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience, early childhood education preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary $67,900 based on position, education, and experience.
