Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Summary

Responsibilities

• Show houses
• Take listings
• Negotiate contracts
• Practice and master proven effective scripts, dialogues and presentations
• Lead generate and continually build our ever-growing database
• Consistently follow-up with pipeline and database
• Willing to maintain an Illinois real estate license

Qualifications

• You MUST have a valid Illinois Real Estate license to start the position.
• This is COMMISSION BASED ONLY , NOT A PAID POSITION!
