Base Pay Range
$105,000 - $155,000 per year
Description
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on‑site construction operations for large‑scale multifamily projects in the DC/MD/VA region. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee all field operations for a single multifamily construction project (typically $60M–$200M).
- Manage daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, and construction sequencing.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Monitor project schedules, quality control, and material deliveries.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent to drive project success.
- Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in a Superintendent or senior field leadership role.
- Strong background in wood‑frame and/or concrete construction.
- Proven ability to manage large‑scale multifamily or commercial projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Lead all phases of a multifamily construction project (typically $60M–$200M).
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client communications.
- Oversee field operations in collaboration with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.
