Principal Product Owner (Remote) – eFinancial
Apply for the remote Principal Product Owner role at eFinancial. This is a full‑time position located in Des Plaines, IL, but distributed work is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with executives, users, vendors, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and address business needs.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and demos while overseeing feature development and enhancements to improve user and customer experience.
- Track progress against OKRs and measure impact on business goals using data analytics and market research.
- Support feature intake and quarterly stakeholder feedback processes.
- Lead and develop a team of direct reports (Product Owner and Scrum Master) to drive product strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or higher in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Product Owner role writing user stories (JIRA) and following the development process through user story acceptance.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud; familiarity with HubSpot, AWS, and related CRM technologies preferred.

Licenses & Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $137,955.00 - $178,530.00
