The Opportunity
We are looking for Business Developers and 360 recruiters to join BioTalent and develop a specialist desk within this high-impact area of life sciences.
This is a 360, full-cycle recruiting role with a solid foundation to build from, including existing clients, live roles, and clear market demand. You will focus on sourcing and placing high-quality professionals into agencies, consultancies, and in-house teams while building out your own client base.
What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management through to candidate delivery and placement
- Building long-term partnerships with clients across medical communications and client services functions
- Becoming a market expert within your niche, developing a strong network of candidates and clients
- Advising clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and talent availability
- Delivering a high-quality, consultative experience for both candidates and clients
What We Are Looking For
- A proven 180 or 360 recruiter, ideally with experience in life sciences, healthcare, or agency-based recruitment
- Strong commercial awareness and the drive to build and own a specialist desk
- An interest in medical communications, scientific engagement, and client-facing roles within pharma and biotech
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while maintaining high standards of delivery
