Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Business Operations located in Carlisle, IA. The Director of Business Operations will oversee and manage day-to-day business operations, develop and implement business process improvements, analyze and interpret data to support decision-making, and manage various programs and initiatives. Additionally, this role involves strategic planning and financial management to drive organizational success.

• Business Process Improvement and Business Operations skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
• Program Management experience
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Carlisle, IA
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare or technology industries is a plus
