Head of Data & Analytics – Retirement Income & MDM

A top-tier financial services firm is hiring a Head of Data & Analytics to lead end-to-end data transformation for its Retirement Income Solutions portfolio (~40% of U.S. earnings) and enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) platform.

This is a senior leadership role within a newly consolidated U.S. Data & Analytics org. You’ll drive data infrastructure, engineering, analytics, and data science strategy while managing global teams across the U.S. and India.

Key Focus Areas

Shape D&A roadmap for annuities, pension risk transfer, and related products
Modernize and expand enterprise MDM and Electronic Death Match (EDM) systems
Deliver high-impact reporting, analytics, and self-service BI solutions
Lead global D&A teams and foster a business-first culture
Oversee governance, quality, and compliance across complex data environments

Ideal Profile

15+ yrs in D&A leadership, including MDM and financial services
Deep technical expertise in SQL, data engineering, governance, BI tools
Strong track record driving outcomes in large, matrixed orgs
