About the Role
Director, Corporate Strategy at Wolters Kluwer – focus on leading project work, running annual strategic planning, supporting the Executive Board and Supervisory Board, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the VP of Corporate Strategy, Chief Strategy Officer, and key stakeholders to lead project work and run the annual strategic planning process.
- Support the Executive Board (CEO and CFO) and the Supervisory Board with market deep‑dives or business diagnostics, delivering actionable recommendations.
- Drive high‑level portfolio strategy and business deep‑dives, guiding team members and establishing trust and credibility across the enterprise.

Education and Experience
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from a top‑tier university.
- Prior to Wolters Kluwer: 5+ years of work experience in a top strategy consulting firm with focus on Strategy & Corporate Finance, Growth Strategy or Commercial Due Diligence work; 2+ years of experience managing teams on the ground.
- Preference for B2B tech industry focus.
Compensation
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $208,800 - $295,550.
