Senior Art Director with 3D Rendering Skills

Purpose of the role

  • Ensure creative output aligns with brand standards, project goals, and strategic objectives.
  • Execute hands‑on design across print, digital, point of sale, packaging, and experiential formats.
  • Present work with clear, rationale‑driven storytelling to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with writers and senior creatives to develop integrated marketing communications and decks.
  • Contribute to visual ideation and actively participate in brainstorms.
  • Lead junior creatives through solution‑focused guidance to improve design quality and execution.
  • Apply shopper, consumer, and user insights to inform relevant, impactful design decisions.
  • Integrate feedback into revisions while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand integrity.
  • Manage multiple projects, set priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Partner with account and project teams to define scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support concept development and shape strategic creative presentations.
  • Allocate resources effectively based on project complexity and client needs.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Exposure

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5‑7 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, digital design, marketing communications, and 3D modeling.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Figma, and relevant tools.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to create compelling visual solutions.
  • Clear communication and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Experience in branding, point of sale, digital design; packaging a plus.
  • Developed a personal design style aligned with current trends.
  • Skilled in analyzing market trends and applying insights.
  • Builds strong client relationships through confident engagement.
  • Experience mentoring junior creatives and fostering team growth.
  • Ability to unify design and messaging in decks and rationale.
