Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, with over 5,800 professionals, we specialize in electrical, security, telecommunications, automation, AV, and IT systems.

We seek a Marketing & Communications Specialist to enhance brand visibility, support client growth, promote employee engagement, and organizational development in Tysons, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic, integrated marketing campaigns for high-growth business units and corporate communications.
  • Support department leadership in marketing initiatives and advancing marketing maturity.
  • Coordinate marketing events, including conferences, awards, and tradeshows, both virtual and in-person.
  • Support development and launch of website, CRM, and social media platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all activities and support brand refresh efforts.
  • Prepare internal and external communications, including news stories, collateral, presentations, and scripts.
  • Lead change management campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and reporting efforts.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications; Master's preferred.
  • Experience consulting for professional services, tech, or AEC firms.
  • Familiarity with U.S. federal contracting.
  • Strong written communication skills, mastery of AP Style.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns and events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite familiarity.
  • Experience with SharePoint, website CMS, web analytics, and social media tools.
  • Ability to tailor technical content for diverse audiences.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel and work more than 40 hours/week; ability to obtain security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with data analysis tools.
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills.
  • Master's degree a plus.
