Qualifications

  • Current CA Commercial Real Estate License
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive
  • The ability to work with a team as well as independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A keen sense of marketing and networking
  • Must have high attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled negotiator
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites & Adobe
Responsibilities
  • Identify high quality business opportunities via industry plate form leads, phone calls, market research and targeted networking.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the industry professionals, including but not limited to clients, all levels of brokers and co-brokers, as well as administrative professionals.
  • Regularly obtain and leverage local real estate and economic data
  • Meet with existing and prospective clients
  • Successfully represent sales and leasing transactions
  • Host and attend tours of commercial properties, industry networking events.
  • Present marketing sales/lease proposal to clients
