Description
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing creative marketing initiatives by producing content, copy, and digital assets that support campaigns, brand presence, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Create marketing copy for ads, emails, blogs, landing pages, and social media
- Design digital assets including graphics, visuals, and basic video content
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Support SEO and content marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing Analyst and Marketing Manager to optimize creative based on performance data
- Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns
Education and Experience casts
- Strong creative writing and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong collaboration & communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
- Portfolio demonstrating creative and digital marketing work preferred
Key Performance Indicators (KPIS's)
- Content engagement metrics (CTR, time on page, social engagement)
- Campaign execution timeliness and quality
- Consistency in brand messaging and visual standards
- Improvement in lead generation or conversion rates tied to content
- Stakeholder feedback on creative effectiveness
